  1. I'm surprised at how little I know of Persuasion! Are we allowed to look in the book for the answers, or do we have to get them all from memory?

  2. Maria Elisabeth, it would be better if you first tried to answer from memory.

Felicia, you answered 19 out of 21 questions correctly. The two you answered incorrectly were #1 and #17. Good job! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! :)

Jemimah, you answered 11 of the 21 questions correctly! The bad news is that the other 10 questions were answered incorrectly. In case you want to try again the questions you got wrong were 4, 7, 8, 9 (both guesses were wrong), 10, 13, 14, 18, 19 and 21. Thanks for taking the quiz!

  3. Melody, you answered 19 of the 21 questions correctly! The two questions you answered incorrectly were #1 and #13. Thanks for taking the quiz, I really enjoyed reading all of your remarks on each question! :)

  4. Melody, thanks for trying again, you answered both correctly. Anne's Christmas is an event mentioned in the book but never really seen in any of the film adaptations. Persuasion (1971) comes the closest to getting it right. I probably should have rephrased the first question but I'll let it stand. :)

  5. Maria Elisabeth, you really did a great job! You answered 13 out of the 20 questions you answered correctly. You did not answer question #21, so you might want to try that one. The questions you answered incorrectly were 1, 13, 16, 17, 19 and 20. Good job

  7. Maria Elizabeth,
Very good! You got all the questions except for #17 correct on your second try. You might want to read Chapter 18 of Persuasion again to find out the answer to questions #17. :)

  10. Mel, you got 18 out of 21 correct! Wonderful job! The three you answered incorrectly are questions 1, 17 and 19. Question #1 is a bit tricky, I must have phrased it incorrectly because most people have picked the incorrect answer. You're more than welcome to try the other questions again! Thanks for taking my quiz! :)
