Louisa May Alcott Unscramble Game

Louisa May Alcott is an American classic, her books and characters are so much a part of time and history. Her stories of growing up in the the time of the Civil War and the lives of extraordinary Victorian era people have continued to be very popular since she was first published in the late 1840's.

Here is a little Unscramble Game with names of her characters and novels.

To Play: Unscramble the puzzles below and leave your answers in a comment. For extra points tell me which novel or story the characters come from. I'll respond with your score. Guess as many times as you like.

Scoring: One point for each correctly unscrambled name or word. Two points each for correctly guessed novels that the characters come from. Maximum score is 52 points.

    Um...I am guessing that #5 is Amy march and it is from "little women"..
    #6 is Theodore Laurence also from "Little women.."

    Okay, here are a few more guesses.

    Edith Adelon (3) is from The Inheritance.
    Amy March (5) is from Little Women, as are Theodore Laurence (6), John Brook (7), and Friedrich Bhaer (9).

    Might #8 be Mac Campbell? (Haha, I just trying to unscramble it into a name :P) And is the first name on #2 Rose?

    Shame on me for not reading more carefully. I realized after submitting my answers that we were supposed to tell which books the characters are from. It also came to me that #3 is Edith Adelon from "The Inheritance".
    So, Rose Campbell and Mac Campbell are from "Eight Cousins" and "Rose in Bloom".
    Amy March, Frederich Bhaer, Theodore Laurence and John Brooke are from "Little Women".
    Polly Milton is from "An Old Fashioned Girl" and since I've never read Under the Lilacs I'm not sure if the name I couldn't decipher might not be from there.

    Sorry for making two comments.
