Older Period Dramas Game {1}

The game this week is a screencap game but the theme of these screencaps is that they all come from period dramas (or TV series) that were filmed in the 1990's or before. Even though these period dramas are slightly older they are such lovely classic films that deserve a little extra attention.

To Play: Look at the screencaps below and leave a comment guessing which period dramas they are from. I'll respond with your score. Answers will be posted next week.

Scoring: One point for each correctly guessed period drama. A high score of 10 points can be earned.

  2. This is pathetic. The only one I know from having watched it is #7, the Waltons. While I have not watched it, I would guess that #10 is from the Scarlet Pimpernel?

  8. Miss Laurie,

    Sorry I haven't seen enough of these movies to play the game. I do recognize some of them though. However today I wanted to tell you about a game that I created on my blog. I notice that you are always making such wonderful games but I wondered if maybe it would be nice to play one that you didn't have to make up yourself. :) Here is the link if you are interested:

    As you like period dramas and things of the like, I thought it would be fun for you. There is no pressure and it's not an official tag. Otherwise, thank you for all the wonderful games you put together!!
