Another Classic Literature In Other Words

This is a second game exactly like the Classic Literature In Other Words I posted a couple weeks ago. The general idea is that I've provided written clues, similar to crossword clues, that are the titles of classic books rewritten.

Example: If the clue was "inky handsomeness" then "inky" would be Black and handsomeness would be Beauty giving you the book title Black Beauty. Make sense?

Hint: Some words in the titles have been broken down into components to make the word easier to decipher, when this happens I have put a plus sign (+) to signify that the clues form one word.

To Play: Read the clues below to figure out what works of classic literature I'm thinking of. Comment with your answers and I'll respond with your score. Guess as many times as you wish. I'll post the answers next Saturday.

Love The Young Victoria Costumes?

Well I do, and this was just so neat that I had to share it!

Flipping through my latest copy of The Victorian Trading Company catalog when I saw fabrics and dress styles that looked very familiar, so I looked closer at the listing and realized they were four replicas of gowns worn by Emily Blunt (Queen Victoria) in The Young Victoria movie, only for dolls!

I especially like the Emerald Day Dress! The dresses are $29.95 each plus shipping and handling except for the Yellow Coronation Dress that is $39.95 (or $99.95 for the complete set of four). It would be fun to have such pretty gowns to dress up my Felicity or Kirsten American Girl Dolls in. :)
